Our approach to Health & Safety is at the forefront of our company and we value our Health & Safety records highly. We therefore only employ operatives that are CSCS accredited and have years of experience in their chosen trade. All Site Managers have SMSTS accreditation as well as CSCS. We employ a full time NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Officer, who controls and provides task risk assessment and method statements. Training is essential to update skills and qualifications. For that reason we actively encourage all staff to participate in relevant training to ensure that we have a professional and fully qualified workforce. Being CITB accredited we promote the development of youth through our apprenticeship scheme. We encourage all our apprentices to progress onto NVQ level 3. We promote the use of local labour on all our major inner city projects and actively recruit from a diverse workforce.
