Quality assurance is very important to us and to ensure that our clients and tenants are satisfied with the work that we carry out, we provide our own Customer Satisfaction forms which are given to each tenant on completion of work. The scores we receive from these are collated and recorded on a database to form KPIs. We are proud to say that over 90% of the tenants who helped collate the information are extremely satisfied with the work that we have carried out for them.

Domestic
Although the majority of our work is carried out in the commercial sector, we also provide our full range of services to clients in the private sector.

We have obtained the Exor TrustMark accreditation which is a Government backed scheme to help clients find a reputable company to carry out repairs, maintenance and improvement work. This enables clients to check our credentials before proceeding with any work.
